LESLIE FRANK

Leslie has a successful track record of developing customized, sustainable business solutions to drive growth.  Her diverse background includes design, merchandising, manufacturing, business development, and licensing. Leslie was also co-founder of Project Solvers, a one-stop staffing source for freelance talent serving the apparel industry, highlighted in ENTREPRENEUR MAGAZINE as Innovative New Business for the 90’s. Her licensing acumen was honed with brands such as Rod Laver, Anne Klein Studio, Revlon, and she is credited as the “mother” of the Jaclyn Smith Brand at K-Mart - still considered one of K-Mart’s most prized apparel brands. 

 

Leslie holds a BFA and MBA. In addition to varied board service, she sat on the QVC Vendor Advisory Board for 8 years.

EILEEN STERN

For the last 15 years, Eileen has balanced her non-traveling role as a partner with a career in non-profit fundraising and development.  She was honored with the Palm Springs Human Rights award in 2010 and has raised millions of dollars for cancer research at City of Hope where she was recognized as Volunteer of the Year 2007.

 

Prior to F&S, Eileen was President of her own company, marketing and merchandising development firm geared to manufacturers in the development of retail programs.  A partial client list included Fruit of the Loom, West Point Pepperell, Disney Licensing, Marvel Entertainment, Excelsior Swimwear (Esther Williams), Masquerade International (Halloween).

 

Eileen has 17 years buying, marketing and strategic planning experience with Sears and holds a BA from Northern Illinois University.

MARILYN MONTROSS

Marilyn is the most recent addition to F&S. In 2013, Marilyn co-founded the FSM Group, a sister company of F & S that assists vendors in securing and maximizing business relationships with the leading global Ecommerce and TV/Video Shopping Retailers.

 

Prior to co-creating the FSM Group, Marilyn spent almost 2 decades leading QVC’s Vendor Relations team. In this role, she was responsible for creating strategic initiatives that supported the company’s relationships with over 3,000 companies, across every product category. Earlier in her career, Marilyn spent over 10 years at Bloomingdales in various buying and in-store merchandising roles. 

 

Marilyn earned a BA in Organizational Dynamics from Immaculata University and an AA from Tobe-Coburn in Buying and Merchandising. She serves on Immaculata University’s Business Advisory Board and is Chair of the Scholarship Committee.

ROE SOTTORIO

As a valued member of F&S, Inc., Roe interfaces with QVC to maximize sales opportunities.  Working with the QVC buying staff, she evaluates sales and inventory to identify new and existing product opportunities to increase future show productivity. Roe coordinates pre-show needs with Quality Control, Planning, Phone Centers, Production/Broadcasting and Talent to ensure proper product and show execution.  Interfacing with Q.Com, Roe maximizes off-air product sales.  Importantly, she is present at most of the live F&S product broadcasts to coordinate and react to the immediate needs of the show hosts, camera crew and production team.

 

Roe was employed by QVC (1994 – 1998) as Sales and Product Planner and Assistant Buyer.

 

From 1988 – 1994 Roe was employed by Strawbridge and Clothier, as in-store Department Manager and later as Assistant Buyer for Children’s Apparel.

 

Roe is a graduate of Drexel University with a B.S. in Design and Merchandising.
